防色斑:早起喝杯温开水

 

人体经过一夜的新陈代谢,体内的垃圾需要有一个外力作用帮助排泄,温白开就是第一选择。

 

  刷牙后喝杯白开水可以迅速起到冲刷机体、养颜排毒的作用,防止色斑的产生。

 

防便秘:大口喝水
 

 

  便秘是因为粪便在大肠内停留时间过长,其所含水分被大量吸收,使大便变得难以排出。

 

  要排便通畅,就要使肠腔内有充足能使大便软化的水分,因此,喝水应该讲究技巧:便秘的人喝水最好是大口大口地喝(即喝满口),吞咽动作快一些,这样,水能够尽快地到达结肠,同时刺激肠蠕动,改善便秘的症状。

 

防尿路结石:3个黄金时段要喝水

 

  广东省中医院副院长陈志强提醒:

 

  早上10点、下午4点、晚上10点,这三个时段人体最缺水,此时尿液会过分浓缩,易于形成结石。在此时喝水,补水防结石事半功倍。另外还要保证每日饮水量要在3000~3500ml,饮水要分多次,并在全天中平均分配。

 

防中风:睡前及半夜各饮一杯开水

  英国伯明翰大学一项研究发现,只要在每餐饭前半小时,坚持喝一杯500毫升的水,坚持3个月,体重就能减轻2公斤-4公斤。

 

  解放军第309医院营养科王晶介绍,这和我们常说的“饭前喝汤”有些相似,首先可通过增加饱腹感减少进食;其次,对食物的渴望也会改变,因为有足够的水,身体会比较喜欢蛋白质,而不是令人发胖的碳水化合物。

 

防胃酸——喝点苏打水
 
 

  如果感觉胃酸,可以喝苏打水试试,初次喝可能感觉味道接受不了,可将果汁兑在苏打水里饮用。连续饮用几天,胃酸导致的不适可得到缓解,胃里感觉很舒服。
